End User License Agreement

Southwest Sawyers LLC – QuickBooks Online Integration
Effective date: September 23, 2026

1. The software

This agreement covers the internal QuickBooks Online integration (the "Software") operated by Southwest Sawyers LLC, Mesa, Arizona, which connects the company's QuickBooks Online account to its internal operations assistant.

2. License grant

Southwest Sawyers LLC grants its authorized personnel a limited, non transferable license to use the Software solely for the company's internal business operations.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code; (c) use the Software to access any QuickBooks company other than that of Southwest Sawyers LLC; (d) use the Software in violation of Intuit's terms of service or applicable law.

4. Data

All accounting data accessed through the Software remains the property of Southwest Sawyers LLC. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of that data.

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southwest Sawyers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

7. Termination

This license ends if its terms are violated or when the company discontinues the Software. Access credentials should then be revoked within QuickBooks Online.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
