The following section describes how Southwest Sawyers LLC handles data accessed through its internal QuickBooks Online integration, reproduced in full below.
This Privacy Policy describes how Southwest Sawyers LLC ("we," "us," "our") handles data accessed through our internal QuickBooks Online integration (the "Integration"). The Integration connects our QuickBooks Online company file to our internal AI operations assistant for reporting and business administration. It is used only by Southwest Sawyers LLC for its own business and is not offered to the public.
Through the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, the Integration can access our company's accounting records, which may include: company information, chart of accounts, customer and vendor records, invoices, estimates, sales receipts, bills, purchase orders, payments, and standard financial reports. The Integration reads this data for reporting, and it creates or modifies records only when the business owner explicitly approves an action in advance. No money is moved and nothing is sent to clients without the owner's explicit approval.
We use this data solely for internal business purposes, including financial reporting, job costing, budget review, payroll preparation, and business planning. Summaries and reports are prepared for the business owner.
We do not sell accounting data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate the Integration: Intuit (the source of the data, governed by Intuit's terms) and the AI platform hosting the Integration, which stores access credentials in an encrypted credential vault. These providers do not use the data for their own purposes.
Access uses Intuit OAuth 2.0. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never written into logs or messages. Only the business owner can authorize the connection, and authorization can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online under Apps.
Accounting records accessed through the Integration are retained as business records according to our normal record keeping practices and applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page.
